LISBON - Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Carman celebrated 50 years of marriage at a party Aug. 15 hosted by their children.
The former Nola L. McClintock, daughter of Forest and Thelma McClintock, became the bride of Gerald Carman, son of Gerald and Grace Carman Aug. 12, 1959 in Cumberland, Md., with Rev. Wakeman of the Methodist Church officiating.
Mr. Carman is a retired carpenter.

Mrs. Carman retired from the Department of Job and Family Services.
The couple have two children, Ben Carman, Salineville, and Bruce (Marcy) Carman, Lisbon, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
