Alicia Copestick weds Kinsey Henderson

CHESTER, W.Va. - Alicia Copestick became the bride of Kinsey Henderson in a June 7 ceremony at the Courtyard at Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort. The ceremony was performed by Pastor Thomas Schneidmiller.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Andrea Copestick, East Liverpool.

The groom is the son of Fred and Vicki Henderson, East Liverpool.

The bride wore an A-line, delustered satin and lace gown with sweetheart neckline, lace bodice, draped skirt overlay, corset back, and chapel length train. It was adorned with Swarovski crystals, beads, and bugle beads. She carried a bouquet of pink and white gerber daisies.

Serving as maid of honor was Katie Dauka, Baltimore, Md. Bridesmaids were Katie Smith, Columbus, Lydia Jordan, Xenia, Lauren Becker, Monroe, Mich., Kristina Utley, Chicago, Ill., Andrea Yocum, Novi, Mich., and Crissy Spaulding, East Lansing, Mich. Rae Ann Henderson, Groton, Conn., niece of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid. Flower girl was Morgan Henderson, Groton, Conn., niece of groom.

Best men were Fred Henderson, Groton, Conn., and Sam Henderson, Wheeling, W.Va. Groomsmen were Mark Nightingale, Ryan Betzler, both of Pittsburgh, Joshua Baker, Ashtabula, Richard McNeal, Atlanta, Ga., and Brent Cunningham, East Liverpool.

Readers during ceremony were Alex Copestick and Jessica Steve.

A reception was held at the Mountaineer Hotel and Resort Ball Room with a rehearsal dinner at the Dutch Village Inn.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of East Liverpool High School and graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and psychology in 2005. She also graduated in 2008 from Eastern Kentucky University with a master's degree in clinical psychology. She is employed by Pathways Inc. as a mental health outpatient therapist.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of East Liverpool High School and a 2005 graduate of Thiel College with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and sociology. He is currently a general manager of Mad Mushroom.

Following a honeymoon to Charlestown, S.C., the couple reside in Lexington, Ky.
