PITTSBURGH - Jennifer Marie Todd became the bride of Troy Jay Hallam Oct. 11, 2008 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
The bride is the daughter of Gordon and Charlotte Todd, East Liverpool.
The groom is the son of Bradley and Pamela Hallam, Aliquippa, Pa.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a white taffeta gown with a strapless rushed bodice embellished with Swaroski crystals, bugle beads and sequins. The skirt featured a pull up bustle with crystals, revealing sparkling lace motifs and a chapel train. A crystal and rhinestone tiara complimented her fingertip veil featuring crystal beading. She carried a nosegay bouquet of red and white roses.
Erika Kauffman served as maid of honor in a berry tea-length gown.
In matching gowns were bridesmaids Jolene Mason and Michelle Pedley. Kameron Rosak served as flower girl.
Gordon Todd, father-in-law of the groom, served as best man. Groomsman was Scott Hallam, uncle of the groom. Ryan Zeigler, nephew of the groom, was the bible-bearer.
Bradley Hallam, father of the groom; read from the scriptures and Jennifer (Keil) Richardson, read a poem. Greeters were Megan Cummings, cousin of the bride and Kristin Cope.
An evening reception was held at The LeMont atop Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh.
A rehearsal dinner was held at The Georgetown Inn, Mt. Washington.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of East Liverpool High School and holds a bachelor's degree in media studies from Mount Union College.
The couple owns and operates Hallam Contracting LLC, while also working at Sparkle Markets in East Liverpool, East Palestine, Chester, W.Va.; and New Cumberland, W.Va.
Following a honeymoon in Fort Myers Beach, Fl., the couple resides in Georgetown, Pa.
