Antrams celebrating 60th year

COLUMBIANA - Mr. and Mrs. Robert Antram, Stanton Avenue, will celebrate 60 years of marriage March 19.

The former Rosa Lee Harrold, daughter of the late Lee and Rosa Harrold, married Robert Antram, son of the late Rev. and Mrs. Leroy Antram, on March 19, 1949 at Chapel of the Friendly Bells, Youngstown.

Mr. Antram's father performed the ceremony.

Mrs. Antram retired from Columbiana High School on Feb. 28, 1991 after 30 years. She spent five years working in the cafeteria and 25 years as a secretary.

Mr. Antram worked as a foreman at Franklin Furniture Company for 38 years before retiring on Feb. 28, 1991. He is a 25-year member of the Fairfield Ruritans.

The couple are active members in the Grace Church of Columbiana.

They have three children, Linda Smith, Salem; Robert Lee Antram, Warrenton, Va.; and Richard Antram, New Waterford; and seven grandchildren.

A celebration in their honor held by their children will be from 4-7 p.m. March 21 at the Grace Church of Columbiana, 140 Main St. The couple asks that gifts be omitted.
