The bride is the daughter if Catherine M. Hartley, Lisbon; and Jack and Judy Hartley, Columbus.
The groom is the son of Donna Koonse, North Lima; and John Koonse, Lisbon.

Susan Markley officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a halter, v-neck style knee length gown of white satin, gathered at the waist. She carried a bouquet of six red roses laced with baby breath.
Serving as matron of honor in a black and white pant suit was Tena Marie Ash, Columbus.
Jacob Garbo, Columbiana, performed the duties of best man.
A reception for 21 guests was held at Caffe Capri in Boardman, following the ceremony.
The couple reside in Lisbon.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of the Ohio Valley College of Technology with a degree in dental assisting.
The groom is a graduate of Youngstown State University and is a self-employed subcontractor.
