Golden year for East Liverpool couple

EAST LIVERPOOL - Robert and Donna Easterday, Wyoming Avenue, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married by the Rev. Rudolph Miller in the Chapel at the First Presbyterian Church in East Liverpool on Dec. 24, 1958.

The wedding attendants were Patricia, sister of the bride, and Richard Wolfgang.

They have two children, Bruce (Clara) Easterday and Kim Easterday and her companion, Bruce Lipps; and five grandchildren, all of East Liverpool.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Easterday

Mr. Easterday is a school bus driver for Beaver Local School District. He is retired from Dominion Gas Co. of Hopewell, Pa., and Pittsburgh. Mrs. Easterday previously worked at Westinghouse Electric Corp. in Pittsburgh.

They attend Destiny House Assembly of God Church in Calcutta.

A Hawaiin cruise taken in October with Mrs. Easterday's sisters and their husbands also was part of the celebration. A family dinner was held on Christmas day at their home in Glenmoor with guests from Tennesee, West Virginia and Ohio.
