BOARDMAN - Stephanie Shannon Donahue became the bride of Philip John Rhodes, Aug. 23 in a ceremony performed by Rev. David Joachim, at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
The bride is the daughter of Maureen J. Donahue, Canfield and William F. Donahue, Boardman.
The groom is the son of John and Gayle Rhodes, Salem.

The bride wore a strapless white crinkle taffeta gown designed with a square neckline, an asymmetrical hip wrap, and a full skirt enhanced with swirl ruffles.
Megan Donahue served her sister as honor attendant in a raspberry color gown.
The bridesmaids were Valerie Rhodes, the groom's sister; Christina Kist, the bride's cousin; Nicole Weber; Mindy Wutrick; and Mellie Jo Wells. Flower girl was Norah McGann.
Grant Cope performed the duties as best man. Groomsmen were Joe Grouber, Brady Baker, Rudy Kiko, Blake Wolford, and Jesse Barton. Ringbearer was Bobby Kist, and ushers were Robert Kist and Andy Miller.
A reception at St. Jude Hall in Columbiana followed the ceremony.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and is a graphic designer with Home Savings and Loan in Youngstown.
The groom is employed at Woodworx Construction and the family farm.
After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple resides in Salem.
