HAMPTON, Va. - Jessica Lee Berresford and Andrew Bryan Goins were married Aug. 4 by Judge J. Robert Harris, Marriage Commissioner.
The bride is the daughter of Lon and Connie Berresford, East Palestine, and a 2004 graduate of East Palestine High School.
The groom is the son of Mary Ann Goins and John and Amy Goins, Hot Springs, Ark. He is a 2002 graduate of Mountain Pine High School.

The couple will be residing in Virginia as they both are currently serving in the United States Air Force.
