The bride is the daughter of Franklin and Nancy Starkey of Liberty.
The groom is the son of Penny Hickman, New Waterford and Daniel Hickman, Columbiana.
Emmajean Starkey served as maid of honor and Sarah Edwards as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Samantha Starkey, Megan Webb and Paige Tomlinson. The flower girl was Hanna Rose Ruedisili from Minneapolis.
Brian Denton performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Michael Protopapa, Michael Fetsko, Kevin Hickman and Austin Beiling.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre in Niles.
The bride is graduating in May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Youngstown State University. She is also a 2002 graduate of Lakeview High School.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Crestview Local High School. He is currently employed at AT&T mobility as an Area Manager.
