No, they are not called accidents they are called vehicle crashes. You blew a stop sign, you failed to maintain control of your vehicle and you collided with another vehicle causing injury and property damage to other people, you made them a victim, you were cited by the police for breaking the law. What part of those big bold letters that declare STOP on that SIGN confused you? Then you proceed when it is clear for you to proceed even if you do not understand another sign below it. It is not rocket science, it is common sense. You were an irresponsible driver and held accountable for your actions. NO EXCUSE rachelzubay.

Accept responsibility for your careless acts and do right by the people you harmed.

I'm the only idiot that wasn't wearing a seat belt n its called an accident for a reason.....NOT INTENTIONAL...shame on u for ur harsh words of judgement..."Not a rare sight" is the name of the article...I was confused by the sign under the stop sign:-(

Exactly how many accidents must occur at this intersection before something is done about it? Is it going to take someone dying to make a change? Rumble strips? 4-way stop? Caution light? Something for God's sake.
