$24,300 for a bike jumping course. I don't think this is a good use for the dept. of Natural Resources. The first time someone is hurt and a law suit is filed they will remove the course at another expense. There is a need to improve Beaver Creek State Park and its natural trails as well as other projects that the state lacks funding to do. $24,000 isn't a lot of money but it takes a lot of tax payers to provide that amount to the state. Grants from any government department come from tax dollars, but folks seem to think this money is somehow different if it says "grant"
