really open year round - come on tell me who is going to the park in the winter time unless you go sled ridding - oh wait you could sell coco and make a few bucks - no thats really going to boost our village - or hey every buddy lets go to ep i heard their park concession stand is open year round - come on donny boy get real or go away!! how about that fancy dinning place you wanted to have - what? oh yea its just another eye sore of yours!! GO DONNY BOY GO!! people of ep get real and get out and vote for people who are for our village not for their self!!

simply put...this council is full of stupid idea after the other, by one dumb person after another. Sheer amazement, Elzer needs run out of town wimpering.

That's a good point, Jason. Too many people forget that the guy who is complaining that EP doesn't make enough money at the park in general and the concession stand in particular is the same guy who wanted to give the community center away for free. He wants to have it both ways. On the other hand, it looks to me like the concession stand is a money pit, never makes a profit, so if someone wants to pay the village, say, $500.00 a month to operate it for the town, then I say be my guest. This was tried before, I think at least twice in the past, and was a disaster both times. It's impossible to see how anyone could ever do it and make any money. But as P.T. Barnum said . . .
