You are correct Bradshaw about our special ed. numbers. Something is not right about these numbers for sure.

Twice the state average of special education students. The reason for this is the school district receivesmore money and so do the parents/guardians. With some extra help from teachers/parents I would be willing to bet half of these kids could be in regular classes. It is a disgrace!!

What Mr. Herring forgot to tell the BOE is that our District is in the lowest 5 % of the state as far as the Performance Index score. We are considered a "Challenged District" along with Akron, Cleveland, Columbus ect.
