Perhaps if our courts and CSEA would work together to collect fees and fines from child support this wouldn't be an issue. The courts tell you to have CSEA enforce child support and CSEA tells you to file contempt with the court. So, with neither entity willing to collect child support, fees and fines there wouldn't be any money to pay the loans, would there?
