Sounds like a reasonable way to analyze the salary, since the out-of-state power company was complaining. Who cares what they think anyway?

As far as the box-of-rocks question goes, the votes are smarter than some people think.

I wonder when the reality of the laws these commissioners broke in this hiring process hits them like a ton of bricks?

I have never seen such a debacle in my entire life. Each and every time these Commissioners open their mouths...they diminish...PUBLIC TRUST. So much so, they VIOLATE PUBLIC TRUST.

A comparison to 5 counties out of 88 based on population? POPULATION??????

This is what they feel justifies the hiring a non qualified, inexperienced, uneducated EMA DIRECTOR? Have they lost their minds?

Not to mention, look at the precedent these idiots just set. Every single employee of this County needs to do the same thing. Find you Five Counties and DEMAND they adjust your wages. These idiots just etched it in stone for you!

Does this county have a voter base dumber than a box of rocks and these commissioners bank on it or is this county of voters electing in to office "leadership dumber than a box of rocks"?

What a dangerous game!
