And the beat goes on..... Smith sits there and does nothing all meeting she has no clue as to what she is doing, and dont let Figley fool you, he is licking his chops to run for Unity twp trustee, not that he has been to any meetings or anything, he just wants the Insurance. All politics for the wrong reasons

So Elzer thinks he can just bypass or ignore state law, is that it? And where was the law director when all of this was being proposed? Isn't she supposed to be checking this out before it reaches council, to make sure it's all legal to begin with? Why is it that Cohen is the one that has to point this out and not Ms. Smith? What exactly is she paid to do? Elzer wants to set up his own little kingdom in EP, tax everybody for everything and stick his nose into everyone else's business. Meanwhile, he can't even handle his own businesses, just creates one mess after another. I say get your own house in order before you start telling others how to run theirs.
