The EPA once is once again over stepping it's bounds. Yo!, hey EPA, you want the new sewage plant? You pay for the EPA sewage plant. Otherwise, go away and*****it.

the cost of this plant is over 13000 per resident. I am sure that not all of the septic systems are defective. There are new systems that can be used that work very well but if you don't have a certain amount of land you can't legally fix your system. The EPA and the state government need to work with people all over the state to help fix the individual systems instead of running all this sewage to a central point and then polluting our streams with the output. In some cases a joint septic system between property owners would work but is not legal with our current laws.
