So we are going to encourage mailing tickets so the company that owns these machines can make lots of money. I see a definite problem here. I will guarantee that if I ever get a citation from a camera, I will contest it, and it will be in a county court, not some local speed trap set up by a community.

They are going to divert sale traffic to different roads, or discourage people from coming at all. That includes the Save A Lot and Dollar General store too.

It's simple as this, DON'T SPEED and NO Problem with a citation!!! Plus, the ORC states a Law Enforcement Officer MUST personally WITNESS a minor misdemeanor occure for one to be summoned into court or cited for said violation. Good luck you dang Yokle Hillbillies!
