Thanks for seeing through my sarcasm Bradshaw. I only said that because I know a few folks that left East Liverpool for the likes of Columbiana and Salem to "get away from the drugs and crime". Unfortunately for them they received a rude awakening.

Columbiana does not suffer from drug problems like the rest of the county hence no need for the officer ;).

I support any and all the enforcements..But!This isnt the first time there has been very questionable investigations into missing evidence and funds.But with the severe problem I would suggest that you all stand on any downtown street in E.Liverpool and really relize how bad the problem is.Then you could either turn your head OR fund your Department on those streets alone.It is so bad here.
