I can honestly say I do not know my way around the law, nor am I personally familiar with foreclosures. I have seen this happen to way too many people and the wrong person comes out on top. Nobody wants to receive those papers, but we are in a serious depression. Most all Americans are losing their houses. Not to get political, but Thank You Obama ~ NOT!! I also believe there were two witnesses that saw the server drive recklessly...just sayin' I'm sure the homeowner knows better and just had a bad day. No one was hurt, end of story.

The homeowner was the one who said he was driving recklessly so he could be lying. You seem quite familiar with foreclosure procedures and how to get around the law. The home owner just did not want to be served pure and simple- he was out of line.

If you read the entire article, you see where he drove recklessly almost hitting the family dogs. If he was being served foreclosure papers, it doesn't give the guy a right to drive the servers usually tell a lie about who they are anyway to get you to take the papers, especially if it is Bank of America. Have you seen all the lawsuites against them?!?! Also, if the guy was already backing away from the home and he heard the homeowner yell at him, how could he follow him to his car pointing a gun? Unfortunately our media makes things bigger than need be sometimes. There is always three sides to every story ~ his/hers/the truth!!

Doesn't assult mean you actually harmed someone? Sounds like Goshen is after someone because of their last name.... You see on the news people getting felony assults due to actually shooting someone!! And don't you have a right to protect your property?
