Brittain move stuck in park

STofit: That issue is something that goes back to the ex-manager and his yes-people. Proves agreements can be broken. If it was me, I'd hold every tax dollar until services are available as agreed regardless of their tax agency's threats. Which brings up the question as to why they do not collect their own income tax instead of out sourcing it. That itself must be expensive, especially when you have a full time finance director.

sunsetlover1013: Flynn is crying because he cannot move his dealership because of the one in Salem. So, he cries and makes Brittain suffer for his inability to move, but posts in the newspaper his dealership has grown.

According to Google Maps.. the distance to Rollerina auto sales from the columbiana dealership is 8.7 miles. I find it ridiculous for Flynn to quibble over 1.3 miles. I have purchased vehicles from both dealerships.. 1.3 miles would not make me choose one over the other.. Flynn is simply using a technicality to make this an issue. If anything.. Flynn's pettiness will make me refuse to buy from him. They call that Karma... Enjoy your dealership Flynn.. I am siding with Brittains on this matter.

Most of the people in Unity do not want to be in East Palestine. The people that let E Palestine annex them several years ago are still waiting for the promised water and sewer, and the sewer was extended up route 170 to 10 homes without them being annexed. Brattain's has plenty of room on East Martin to build a new building so why not do that? The future of auto dealerships is changing daily and location is not that important. I have located my last 3 vehicles on line, then went to the dealerships to see them. East Palestine needs to concentrate on East Palestine and our needs, not take on more area that they can't support.

Typical Morning Journal inaccuracy. It's on East Martin, not East Taggart. Furthermore, if I was Brittain, I'd thumb my nose at Flynn and take on another line of cars and move to RT14.
