Felon carries gun into bar, without a legal CCW gun permit, is intoxicated, fires the weapon without any thought to safety, but gets a DEAL????...tell me more about our courts? BTW love the Wellsville "Stupid Defense" it worked for Lt. Ed Wilson now it worked for this guy....
