This is why the monies in the Electric Fund had to be replaced when borrowed. Now, you need it and it isn't there. If Ohio Edison owns the poles, then Ohio Edison should foot the bill, not the town. Maybe the law director should look into this and the original agreement with OE from the sale of the municipal light plant and distribution system.

Also, if OE owns those poles, isn't it apparent there was flagrant disregard for upkeep by OE? If one should fall onto a vehicle who is responsible?
