"surface only" is not a game winner. Why lease multiple acres when you are restricted to where you put the well. It's ok, bmd will hold them in their database to attract better parcels that will lease. There were parcels leased by chk less than 50 acres in the last few months and one is scheduled for a well already. Wonder how that happened?
