Good sign of developement and growth! Columbiana steals another business. Maybe Elzer should relocate to Columbiana!

East Liverpool Ohio keeps 2 branches open 2.8 miles apart; Columbiana Ohio keeps two branches open 1.1 miles apart. East Palestine loses its only PNC branch and ATM. So East Palestine customers will have to travel about 10 miles to Columbiana, Ohio or Chippewa Pa. to use a PNC branch or ATM. PNC has obviously made a business decision that East Palestine personal and business customers do not justify keeping a branch open or even an ATM. My thought is, instead of moving my account to another PNC branch, is to move my account to another local Bank branch at Home Savings and Loan or Huntington Bank, located here in East Palestine. That way PNC won't have to have to be inconvenienced with moving my account to any of their other branches. What are your thoughts?

I'd go with a credit union. Better rates and you can get a loan the banks won't touch. You still have online banking and atm service too.

PNC is not customer friendly. Maybe a Credit Union will take over the building before Elzer buys it and leaves it get run down!
