Theodore ‘Ted’ Mullins, Jr.

SALEM — Theodore “Ted” Mullins Jr., 72 died at 5:32 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Born Sept. 24, 1946 in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of the late Theodore and Ola E. (Wentz) Mullins.

He was employed as a manager at Worthington and Blackhawk in Salem for 28 years and attended the First Friends Church. He was a Vietnam War veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Diana (Winters) Mullins ; three sons, Chris (Theresa) Mullins of Salem, Dan (Rebekah) Mullins of Mt. Vernon and Dave (Kelly) Mullins of Erie, Pa.; two sisters, JoAnna Bosel of Salem and Patty (Jim) Woelkers of Novi, Mich.; three brothers, Bill (Tonya) Mullins of Denver, Colo., Harry (Joletta) Mullins of Laurelville and John Mullins of Las Vegas, Nev.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Two sisters, Leigh Ellen Mullins and Joyce Mountz preceded him in death.

Services will be 7 p.m. Friday at the Stark Memorial with Pastor Peter Fowler officiating. Calling hours are 4-7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery.
