Larry Cochran
EAST LIVERPOOL — Larry E. Cochran, 76, of East Liverpool died Tuesday at Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Salem, following a lengthy illness.
He was born June 8, 1941 in East Liverpool, the son to the late Everett and Irene (Miller) Cochran.
He worked more than 20 years as a foreman for Penn Power before retiring.
He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Cochran; and four brothers, Harold, Wayne, James “JR” and Melvin Cochran.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy (Buchheit) Cochran; a son, Michael Cochran Sr. of Lisbon; a daughter, Melissa Rogers of East Liverpool; a brother, Jack Cochran of Lacanto, Fla.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes with Evangelist Dick Chambers officiating.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
