A. Bernadine Morris

WELLSVILLE — A. Bernadine Morris, 92, of 10th Street Extension died 3:12 a.m. Tuesday at the Calcutta Health Care Center following a lengthy illness.

She was born Sept. 12, 1925 in Newell, W.Va., the daughter of the late John H. and Estella Fetty Richardson.

She was retired from Hall China Co., where she worked as a gold liner for 21 years.

She was a member of the First Christian Church in Wellsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Morris; four sisters, Wilma Currin, Dorothy Cunningham, Pauline Meeks and Leona Claypool; a brother, Lester Richardson; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas James Morris of Apple Valley, Calif., and Gary F. Morris of East Liverpool; one sister, Bonnie Pruden of Henderson, Nev.; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home, with Alan Boone officiating. Burial will be at Locust Hill Cemetery.

Calling hours will be noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
