NEW PORT RICHEY — Ronald Dean Earl, 80, of New Port Richey, Fla.; and formally of Minerva, passed away peacefully at Hospice of James A. Haley Veterans Hospital with Family.
He was born to the late Joseph and Meda Earl on March 31, 1937.
Ronald served in the United States Marine Corps from 1954-1958 and was a reservist until 1962.
Ronald was a member of the Carrollton and Minerva FOE and VFW club. He enjoyed playing cards, gardening, shopping and rooting on his Ohio State Buckeyes.
Ronald is survived by sons, Bobby (Gina), Nashville, Tenn.; Jeffrey (Mary), Holiday, Fla.; Michael (Lorie), Holiday, Fla.; daughter, Barbara Gault (Rick), Holiday, Fla.; brothers, Richard (Ruth), Kittaning; John (Karen), Negley, and Paul (Rose), Columbiana; sisters, Linda Logan, Carrollton; and Bonnie Kerns, Columbiana; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his son, Ronald (Pam) Jr., Dallas; and brothers, Kenny and Joseph (Shirley) Jr.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 15, 2017 at Woodland Cemetery, 34 Washington St., Salineville, where he will receive military honors and be laid to rest with his mother and father.
