RENO, Nev. – Charles “Charlie” Stephens, 82, of Reno, Nevada, formerly of Columbiana, died July 7 at his home following a battle with cancer.
Born May 30, 1932, he was the son of Demi Stephens and Blanche Stephens.
He worked General Fireproofing Co., Kaiser Refractories, and retired from the Columbiana Post Office in 1992. He was also a member of Zion HIll Church of the Bretheran.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jerry.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of the home; son Charles Stephens of Foster City, California; sisters, June Bennehoof of Mt. View, California, Diane Repec and Debbie Thornton of Youngstown; and a brother, Jack Keish of Canfield.
