John Nottingham

Leetonia- John Mark Nottingham, Sr., 69, of Butcher Rd., died at 8:41am, Thursday at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Nottingham was born February 11, 1944 in Fayetteville, West Virginia, a son of the late Kelly and Lucile (Hamilton) Nottingham.

John worked a machinist and supervisor and over the years had worked at the Acme Company in Cleveland, Ford Motor Company in Canton, Fairfield Machine in Columbiana, and retired from Glunts Machine in North Jackson.

He was Protestant by faith.

He is survived by his companion of 20 plus years, Patricia A. Larkins; daughters, Darlene (Jeff) Rodgers of Minerva, Carol and Marilyn, both of Wooster, and Angel (Gregg) Robinson of Salem; sons, John Mark Nottingham, Jr. of Longbottom, Ohio, Joe Nottingham of Salineville, and Edward Larkins of Leetonia; siblings, Judy, Charles and his wife, Rachelle, and twin sisters, Anna and Ellen; sisters-in-law, Juanita Nottingham and Barb Tranter; 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Margie Towaski and Betty Bragg; and brothers, Kelly Nottingham, Jr. and Paul Nottingham.

Following his wishes, no calling hours or funeral services will be observed at this time.

Arrangements are in the care of the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home, Lisbon.
