Cynthia Smith

YOUNGSTOWN – There will be services at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Anstrom Chapel, 8387 Tod Ave. in Boardman for Cynthia Louise Smith, 53, formerly of Wickliffe Circle in Austintown, who died Tuesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Cindy was born October 7, 1959 in Youngstown, a daughter of James T. and Florence Coleman Smith.

She was a graduate of Rayen High School and was of the Christian Faith.

Cindy was born with spina bifida and was disabled by its effects, but she loved getting out in her wheelchair. Cindy enjoyed crocheting and watching old movies. She loved being with her family and her dog, “Snowy.”

She leaves her sisters, Sarah B. (Vaughn) Bayer of Youngstown and Jeannie Armbruster of Akron; her brothers, James T. and Thomas E. Smith both of Austintown; and her nieces and nephews, Alex, Belinda, Gus, and Jake.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from 10 to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service on Saturday.
