Ralphella Pulch

East Palestine, Ohio – Ralphella “Rae” Pulch, 76, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL passed away 10:40 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2013 at Covington Community Campus where she had resided for the past two months.

Rae was born April 15, 1937 in East Palestine, a daughter of the late James and Muriel Colgrove Manzi.

After leaving East Palestine, Rae resided in Palm Bay, FL, and then lived in several places around the world with her husband Gene while he worked in security with the Navy before settling in West Palm Beach, Fl.

While living in West Palm Beach, she worked in the offices of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department prior to her retiring approximately three years ago.

Her former husband, Kenneth “KP” Parker, father of her seven sons, preceded her in death as well as her husband, Roger Whiting, and her husband of 33 years, Eugene H. “Gene” Pulch, who died on March 16th of this year.

Rae leaves four sons, Mike (Karen) Parker and Chris (Marla) Parker, all of East Palestine, Pat Parker of North Carolina and Greg (Loria) Parker of New Waterford; seventeen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Corum Manzi of New Waterford,

Three sons, Doug (Michelle), Jamie and Stevie had preceded her in death, as well as her siblings, Jerry A. Manzi, Betty M. Zimmerman, Melvin R. Manzi, Eleanor Sutherin and Lucy Dodds.

A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
