SALEM – Zachary W. Miller, 29, of Salem, died at 3:36 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
He was born in Salem on July 27, 1983, a son of William J. Miller of Alliance and Kay A. Gibson of Salem.
He was a 2001 graduate of Salem Senior High School. He lived most of his life in Salem. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2002 to 2005, being stationed in New York. He was presently attending Kent State University working towards degrees in nursing and business. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Stephanie Fife of Boardman.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Phyllis Gibson and Jack and Francis (Swain) Miller.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Connie Sassanella officiating. Calling hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen and Sons Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Hope cemetery.
