POLAND – Gerald “Jerry” Pasko, 62, died Dec. 29, 2012 at his residence .
Mr. Pasko was born Oct. 8, 1950 in Salem, a son of John and Marian Sposato Pasko.
He was a 1968 Leetonia High School graduate and was president of Jerry Pasko and Associates Insurance Agency. He was a member of Touch Heaven Canfield Church, where he was a deacon, and was on the worship team and active with the Men’s Ministry. Jerry was a leader with Rally in the Valley Men’s Conference and was founder of praise groups, Destiny and Acts.
He also sponsored a orphan in Africa.
His wife, Margaret “Peggy,” whom he married Oct. 8, 1977, died Jan. 20, 1995.
He is survived by one son, Jon (Keri) Pasko of Glenrock, Wy.; two brothers, Larry (Bobbie) Pasko of Leetonia and Bill (Laura) Pasko of Wall, N.J.; and grandson, Jayden Pasko.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and wife.
Services will be held at Touch Heaven Canfield Church, 10 Skyline Dr., Canfield, Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Frank Amedia officiating. Interment will take place at St. John Cemetery, Lowellville.
Friends will be received Thursday, 4-7 p.m. at Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers, and Friday 10-10:45 a.m. at the church.
