LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Timothy Ray Webb, 39, East Liverpool, was fined $300 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

Mary Ann Jackson, 49, Salem, failure to comply with county board of health case dismissed.

Lawrence Keith McBride, 47, Boardman, was fined $300, ordered to pay $566.16 in restitution to Tolson Comfort, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under license forfeiture suspension, assured clear distance, expired operator’s license and speeding.

Dylan M. Conner, 27, Warren, was fined $185 for marked lanes, distracted driving and seat belt.

Ethel M. Stanford, 54, Negley, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Joey N. Lafleme, 27, Salem, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Tamelia Rose Sims, 58, East Liverpool, was fined $250, sentenced seven days jail, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Amy S. Detweiler, 43, Lisbon, was fined $150 for no operator’s license.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Angelina Pesa, 22, Struthers, charged with driving under OVI suspension, booster seat violation, and traffic control devices.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Kelly M. Reed, 29, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Christina R. Holley, 37, East Palestine, charged with left of center, loud exhaust, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

A June 20 pretrial was set for Cody A. Barham, 25, Salem, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Linda Marie McKinnon, 26, East Liverpool, charged with illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility. McKinnon allegedly brought a cell phone and other items to the county jail to give to an inmate on March 3.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Theren Michael Pearson, 25, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, driving under FRA suspension, seat belt and stop sign.

LISBON — A Salem woman was taken into custody on drug charges from a secret indictment issued in February by the Columbiana County grand jury.

Dawn M. Johnson, 47, of Washington Avenue, is charged with one count of drug possession for being found in possession of tramadol on Dec. 3, 2018. She has a prior aggravated drug conviction in Summit County.
