LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Richard Newlen, 35, last known address Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of failure to verify a change of address.
Joseph S. Skrinjar, 52, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
Robert M. Hall, 45, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to six days in jail and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense and a traffic control device violation.
Eric L. Randolph, 45, South Madison Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for physical control.
Brad W. Cutchall, 48, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with nine days in jail and required 25 hours community service for disorderly conduct after his mother claimed he was intoxicated and physically harming her, plus he had thrown multiple items throughout her home. A resisting arrest charge was dismissed.
Charles E. McCanna, 37, East Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $250 and credited with 18 days served in jail for failure to maintain a nuisance free property and receiving stolen property amended from theft for selling antique coins belonging to a Brenda Lane resident for $50 in March 2018.
Tracy A. Sarchione, 41, East Market Street, Alliance, was fined $400, credited with four days in jail and had her license suspended for 180 days for drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia for two hypodermic needles and a crack pipe in her purse on April 27.
A July 8 pretrial was set for Ainsley Felice Talbot, 21, Y and O Road, Wellsville, cited with possession of marijuana.
Ryan D. Armstrong, 34, Depot Road, Salem, was credited with a day served in jail, sentenced to two additional days and fined $300 for public intoxication, open container and disorderly conduct for becoming aggressive with residents at the Kendall House on Monday when he was intoxicated.
Charles W. Rhoads IV, 25, state Route 45, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for assaulting Merci Waller by hitting her in the face twice on Feb. 9.
Debra A. Blake, 42, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and a traffic control device violation. A citation for failure to stop after an accident was dismissed.
Lane R. Donnalley, 20, Millrock Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and a plate light violation.
Kevin Selby, 30, Midway Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Diana R. Jenkins, 36, Cook Road, Salem, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
William R. Taylor, 24, McKinley Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 for speeding.
