Pretrial was set May 1 for Conley G. McCutcheon Jr., Valley Avenue, charged with driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
Motion hearing was set May 15 for Robert E. Miller, West Fourth Street, charged with physical control.
Disposition of the driving under suspension and stop sign case against Nicholas J. O’ Hanlon, Crestview Drive was set for May 14.
