George Hammel Sr. was walking through the office door when Justin Luketic attempted to shut it and Hammel claimed he was assaulted. Robert Luketic told deputies he just spoke to some of his financial people on the internet and was arranging to send $21,500 to an account Hammel has set up. Because of concerns about the transaction, the deputy agreed to hold the title until the middle of next week to allow for the transfer to be completed and the money to be secured by Hammel. The elder Hammel said as long as the deal goes through he will not pursue charges.
