FIRE CALLS
West Point
–Firefighters were called to a possible seizure or drug overdose on East Liverpool Road at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday.
Salem
— Fire department personnel were dispatched at 12:40 p.m. Thursday to the 400 block of West Wilson Street for a vehicle vs. a building accident with no injuries. A pickup and dump trailer were removed from the building. The fire report said the damage was caused when the dump trailer was in the up position and the truck slipped into gear and moved, causing the trailer to hit the upper part of the garage and garage door at the property. The owner had a contractor on scene to shore up the walls for repairs. The electricity was shut down to the damaged area.
