Large highway excavation equipment is busy moving massive amounts of earth to prepare the Pennex Aluminum expansion site at the World Trade Park in Leetonia. The expansion site sits to the west of the current facility. This is the second large expansion Pennex Aluminum has made since building at the Leetonia industrial park. Rudzik Excavating out of Struthers is doing the excavating while C. Tucker Cope and Associates is overseeing the expansion project.
