Goshen nabs 4 on drug charges
GOSHEN TWP. –Two area couples were recently charged with felony drug offenses following executed search warrants earlier this year.
Mark Eucker, 58, 11488 S. Duck Creek Road, Salem, has been charged with possession of marijuana, possession of liquid hashish and illegal cultivation of marijuana, all third-degree felonies; and Renee Bierlair, 66, of the same address, has been charged with permitting drug abuse.
The two were served with secret indictments last week following a search of their property April 26 by the Goshen Police District assisted by the Mahoning Valley Drug Task Force. The search was part of an ongoing drug investigation and revealed a marijuana growing site along with 4 pounds of marijuana and 37 to 38 grams of liquid hashish.
Elizabeth Durick, 37, 5256 Salem Unity Road, Salem, was charged with possession of methamphetamines and permitting drug abuse, both fifth-degree felonies; and John Wagner, 31, of the same address, was charged with fifth-degree felony count of permitting drug abuse.
They were also served with secret indictments last week following a search of their property on Jan. 18 by the Goshen Police District and drug task as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Wagner is incarcerated awaiting trial on other charges. Durick was sentenced to community service.
