Route 45

The Route 45 Band will play in concert at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Hollow Park, closing out the Newell Community Improvement Coalition’s 2014 summer concert series. The country band comprises singer Karen Kelly, her husband, Tim, on drums, Ernie Troia, of Toronto on bass, and Wendel “Punky” Marcum, of Wellsburg, W.Va., on lead guitar. The free concert was rescheduled after the July 27 show was rained out. A shuttle service and refreshments will be available.
