Twelve-year-old Cloey Gillespie created all of the duct tape dresses that debuted at the 46th annual Johnny Appleseed Festival Sunday – including her silver 1920s flapper dress. Each dress takes Cloey six to 13 hours to create. They will be on sale at Fashion Forward in Lisbon with all of the proceeds going to the Humane Society of Columbiana County. Modeling the dresses are, from, Sophie Thompson, Gillespie, Felicia Fullum, Laurel Wehr, Maggie Lucarelli, Mia Ludwig and Patty Carr. Many of the dresses are complemented with matching duct tape shoes and purses.
