LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Tiffany Rabquer, 29, Youngstown, was fined $350, credited with nine days served, had her license suspended 180 days and required 70 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension, improper backing and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for a meth glass pipe and a scale.
Marian D. Ebert, aka Marian D. Davidon, 50, Harrison Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
