WELLSVILLE — In Wellsville Mayor’s Court on June 13, Thomas Byarley paid the guilty waiver for both failure to control and unsafe vehicle for a total of $125.

Shawn Cunningham did not show, he is currently in jail. His charge was obstructing official business from a May 28 arrest.

Miah Crawford was fined $125 for disorderly conduct and had an inducing panic charge dismissed.

Larry Dean did not show for his stop sign violation charge.

Chris Eastmond Sr. pleaded no contest on his nuisance property, located at 511 Main St. He has until Aug. 22 to take care of the property or will be charged a $25 a day fine until the property is cared for.

Dennis Fender paid the guilty wavier for his suspended license charge.

Brain Fisher was a no show for his suspended license charge.

Terrance Haywood will need to appear in court on June 27 for his four charges occurring over two incidents. His charges are failure to report accident, failure to control and two for suspended license.

Roy Larkins pleaded no contest on his nuisance property, located at 356 Main St.t. He has until Aug. 22 to take care of the property or will be charged a $25 a day fine until the property is cared for.

Albert Macre paid the guilty waver fee for his speeding violation, costing him $73.

Chris McNicol’s nuisance property hearing will be continued on a latter date. His nuisance property is located at 320 Main St.

Dorothy Shepherd’s nuisance property hearing will be continued on a latter date. Her nuisance property is located at 409 Main St.

Cole Wargo paid the guilty waver for his seat belt violation.

Rob Cathell was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Nikki Koffel was fined $100 for disorderly conduct charge.

Randy Martin was fined $100 for criminal trespassing.

Amanda Ogle was fined $150 for a stop sign violation.

Robert Donnelly Jr., had improper backing charge dismissed.

Shane Carpenter received a pretrial date of June 27 for criminal damaging.

Michael Sours pleaded was fined $125 for criminal trespassing

Krista Luckino’s hearing will be continued at a later date. Her charges are drug abuse, no license, wrong way and reckless operation.

Alonna Adkins received a pretrial date of June 27 for drug paraphernalia.

William Bowers received a pretrial date of June 27 for nuisance property.
