EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, a domestic violence charge was dismissed against Cagney A. Springer, Pennsylvania Avenue, at the state’s cost to an uncooperative victim.
Robert E. Miller Jr., Irondale, was fined $250 and given 60 days in jail, three imposed, for physical control.
Marcus J. Portico, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $100 for failure to yield.
Eric P. Jordan, East Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $100 for failure to control.
Andrew M. Moday, 8th Street, fined $250 for driving under suspension and assured clear distance.
Christopher Slason, Sprucevale Road, was fined $250 for driving without a license.
Mark A. Maola, Faulk Avenue, had an operating a motorcycle with a valid endorsement count dismissed against him at his cost.
Status conference was set July 9 and trial July 18 for Terrance G. Hobbs, Water Street, Salineville, charged with driving under suspension and failure to signal violations.
Second arraignment were set June 19 for Deborah J. Thompson, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with theft; and July 12 for Cena M. Mason, Ninth Avenue, charged with no license.
Arrangement was set June 12 for Tyrone J. Sirtz, Coolidge Avenue, for an amended driving under suspension charge.
Pretrials set were for William E. Fulmer Jr., West Ninth Street, two counts of prohibitions concerning companion animals, June 30; Jordan M. March, Center Road, possessing drug abuse instruments, July 2; Stephanie N. Hudson, Wilbert Avenue, drug paraphernalia charge, June 25; Marlene Hubsteberger, St. Clair Avenue, failure to comply with city health regulations, Aug. 6; and Shawn M. Cunningham, East Eighth, theft, June 13.
