LISBON — Tracy Sarchione, also know as Tracy Ring, 41, last known address Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, was served a secret indictment for charges of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of heroin for allegedly having fentanyl and heroin on April 27, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.

Lisa R. Johnson, 40, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a possession of cocaine charge. Johnson allegedly had less than five grams of cocaine on Jan. 19. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in April.

James Robert Lamp, 43, Foundry Hill Road, Summitville, was served a secret indictment for a possession of cocaine charge for allegedly having less than five grams of cocaine on Nov. 1. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
