LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Leona Gerree Reed, 52, Wellsville, was fined $100, given credit for three days served, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Logan Shae Roberts, 26, Lisbon, was fined $150 for equipment violation.

Cambra I. Kauffman, 19, Lisbon, was fined $180, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for no operator’s license and speeding.

William R. Fultz III, 44, New Middleton, was fined $50 for miscellaneous wildlife.

Jerry S. Holben, 43, Lisbon, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Harold Gene Bell Jr., 56, Salem, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate.

Austin Young, 30, Youngstown, was fined $150, sentenced six days jail, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Joshua P. Robb, 30, East Liverpool, was fined $550, sentenced six days jail, with credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business, driving under 12-point suspension and failure to display valid sticker.

Sherina J. Campbell, 27, Salem, was fined $25 for failure to display valid sticker.

Dakota D. Barber, 21, Salem, was fined $250, given credit for nine days served, placed on two years probation, placed on 180 day license suspension and required to attend substance abuse counseling for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ralph T. Mansfield IV, 38, Youngstown, was found not guilty during a jury trial on charges of OVI first offense, OVI with refusal with prior within 20 years and speeding.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Michael E. Earl, 59, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Randall W. Fegert, 22, Salem, charged with failure to control.

An April 29 pretrial was set for Dakota Shain McCluskey, 27, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Ashlei R. Conkle, 24, Kensington, charged with faulty exhaust and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Lucas Sims, 34, East Liverpool, charged with disorderly conduct.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Jordan M. Strabala, 28, Salem, charged with criminal damaging.

A March 18 pretrial was set for Tamelia Rose Sims, 58, East Liverpool, charged with illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility.

An April 30 pretrial was set for Carl Edward Robb, 30, Wellsville, charged with possession of marijuana, OVI first offense, operating a vehicle without a valid license, and loud exhaust.

An April 15 pretrial was set for Cambra I. Kauffman, 19, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct.

An April 18 pretrial was set for Brian J. Hutter, 40, Salem, charged with failure to comply, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container, OVI third offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.
