LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Johnathon M. Weaver, 31, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly assaulting his wife, Angela M. Weaver, on Oct. 21 while she was eight weeks pregnant with his child.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Ian W. Woods, 46, West Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint for allegedly pulling his pickup behind a woman’s vehicle to prevent her from exiting her parking spot on Jan. 4, then trying to get her to get into his truck and causing her to run away through yards.

An April 2 pretrial was set for Robert L. Coleman Jr., 66, Maple Street, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, use of an unauthorized plate and traffic control devices.

An April 4 pretrial was set for Christine McCurdy, 50, state Route 267, East Liverpool, cited with OVI, OVI breath .17 plus first offense and marked lanes.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Michael L. Martin, 44, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense.

A Feb. 14 extradition hearing was set for Richard Lewis Beckley Jr., 42, Canton, who allegedly is wanted in Louisiana. Beckley was ordered to pay costs only for a expired plates citation.

An April 9 pretrial was set for Polly A. Arter, 45, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, charged with cruelty to animals for allegedly leaving a horse, neglected and in poor condition, in her field where it became entangled in a fence and was found lying on the ground.

A March 7 pretrial was set for Charles D. Reed, 42, state Route 518, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence, assault and endangering children. On Sunday Reed, who was allegedly intoxicated at the time, reportedly was carrying his son around while he assaulted other people in a Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, home. He further allegedly kicked a child in the face and assaulted Christine Jones, the mother of his child. Additionally, he allegedly kicked in the glass inside the door, causing glass to fly into the kitchen and living room areas. A criminal damaging charge was dismissed.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Charles W. Rhoads IV, 24, state Route 45, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking Merci Waller in the face on Saturday, leaving a bruise on her cheek.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Kevin S. Frazier, 37, Church Street, East Liverpool, cited with possession of drug abuse instrument for allegedly having a needle used for heroin under his seat during a traffic stop on Friday.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Hoschar, 22, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling obscenities at police, EMT personnel and hospital staff after he was transported Salem Regional Medical Center and a hypodermic needle with an unknown drug was found on the bed where he had been.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Steven W. Watters II, 40, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, charged with falsification for allegedly lying to deputies investigating an alleged robbery/car-jacking involving William D. (Donnie) Barrett Jr.’s vehicle on Friday. Eventually Watters reportedly admitted he had been out with Barrett all night and at one point when Barrett left him alone with the vehicle, Watters drove it home.

A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Joshua S. Marquis, 25, state Route 9, Hanoverton, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to shoplift $457 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Salem on Friday. An April 8 pretrial was set for Dakota D. Lockard, state Route 9, Hanoverton, charged with theft as well for her alleged part in the same shoplifting incident.

A March 21 pretrial was set for Ronald W. Boyer, 56, Hisey Road, New Waterford, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly leaving a message for Ellen Foor that he would kill her if she did not let him see his son.

A Feb. 14 pretrial was set for Jamie L. Domenick, 45, New Castle, Pa., charged with theft for allegedly taking two tires costing $87 each from Rollerena Auto Sales on May 7.

An April 2 pretrial was set for Ronald D. Blackburn, 56, Franklin Avenue, Salem, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly throwing a brick through the window of Charles Sine’s apartment, causing about $300 in damages on Jan. 25. Blackburn was fined $50 for open container in an unrelated case from 2016.

An April 11 pretrial was set for Jacob W. Rozeski, 32, state Route 46, New Waterford, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly intentionally scratching the side of a 2017 Chevy Equinox on Aug. 14.

Rachel D. Noviski, 24, Main Street, North Georgetown, was fined $250 and required 60 hours community service for falsification for allegedly claiming Chad Lang took her vehicle without her permission and later admitting she lied.

Donald L. Russell, 52, Pioneer Street, Hammondsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for shoving Clara M. Allgood during an argument on Aug. 27.

An April 15 pretrial was set for Chad L. Bickel, 43, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.

Hank W. Joy Jr., 30, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $200 for driving under suspension. A fictitious plates citation was dismissed.

An April 11 pretrial was set for Michael R. Brown, 27, Depot Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.

An April 15 pretrial was set for Samantha L. Crawford, 32, West Main Street, Salineville, cited with failure to reinstate her license.

An April 4 pretrial was set for Avery L. Sandoe, 23, East Seventh Street, Salem, cited with loud exhaust and violating a protection order for allegedly having Makayla Sandoe, who has an protection order against him, sitting in the front seat of his vehicle during the traffic stop.

Lary E. Beck II, 36, Campbell, was fined $200 for speeding in a school zone.

Shea P. Downing, 18, McDonald, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Augustus A. Randazzo, 59, Mount Dora, Fla., cited with regulations of semis for allegedly driving on a local roadway in Salineville and getting stuck on Jan. 25.

An April 9 pretrial was set for Ray K. McClelland, 27, Lisbon Road, Salem, cited with improper passing.

Eli J. Ruffner, 37, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from a seat belt violation.
